Fourth of July Crafts

Finally,  I have finished the pillows and even made a July 4th charm necklace.

Here are the beginnings of two Fourth of July pillows.

I have been working away on a Fourth of July Banner.  It was really fun to make.   I embellished it with random things I had on hand- tiny pom pom trim, crocheted flowers, red stripe fabric, sequins, glitter paint, and ribbon.  Next, I am going to work on a pillow.  For being one of my favorite holidays, I can't believe I haven't done this sooner!

Oklahoma-Land of Cowboys and Indians-for real!

A couple weeks ago we were at our local Sonic when we happened upon this situation.  No wonder people still think we are the wild west here!

I guess these three cowboys just had a hankering for some grub.

Summer time and the living is so easy!

One week into summer and loving it here!  But, boy is it hot!  Near 100 again today does not bode well for August.  Here is one of my latest Art Journal pages.  It seems there is a summer theme going on!

I am a little behind lately.  School is almost out, baseball season is about over, and now maybe I will have a little more time to create.  Anyway, here are my latest journal pages.  The top page has a photo of my mom sitting on an airplane when she was young.  I always wondered whose plane it was.  Sadly, I will never know.  Ask the questions while your loved ones are still with you!
