As an art teacher for almost 30 years and nearing retirement from that career I decided to embark on a new adventure that combines many of my interests. I am blessed to be able to carry over my people and organizational skills as an educator along with my love of design and architecture. Finding my clients their home sweet home is a very gratifying feeling.
I saw these at the store-no, I didn't make them. I couldn't pass up their colorful messages of love. They are sitting on the star penny rug table runner I made. Happy Hearts!
You would not believe how many digital backgrounds I tried before I found the right mix. That is one of the things that is so great about digital mixed media.
This is one of my journal pages for the Art Journal Caravan 2011 edition. Oh how I wish this wonderful season would arrive. In the midst of record breaking snowfalls this would truly be a place to pause.
This has been such an unbelievable winter. Only the second time Tulsa has ever had a blizzard warning! Both times we were lucky enough to live here! And now more snow is expected Tuesday. So to give myself a break from cabin fever I am giving away a set of Valentine Collage Sheets. I have just listed them to my ArtFire Store. To enter just comment on this post before Friday. On Friday, I will randomly draw a name to win this beautiful set of Valentine Collage Sheets. These are for personal use only.
